install vagrant-libvirt

To install vagrant-libvirt:

vagrant plugin install vagrant-libvirt


Before the above command, need to run:

yum install libxslt-devel libxml2-devel libvirt-devel \  libguestfs-tools-c ruby-devel gcc -y
